Condicta Lite · Pilot

The goal: under nine minutes of paperwork per job.

For service businesses where the owner is also the estimator and the bookkeeper. You have the scoping conversation. Condicta Lite drafts the estimate from what was said, prices it from your own price list, gets the customer’s acceptance online, and builds the invoice from the work you actually did — checking each step before the customer sees it.

The whole case, in minutes
< 5 mintarget: scoping conversation to a priced estimate
< 4 minof dictation produced the full work summary and invoice on a real job
< 9 mintarget: total admin to sell the job and bill for it

Why this exists

The job is rarely what goes wrong. The paperwork is.

In a small service business the same person walks the site, writes the estimate, does the work and sends the bill — usually at night, usually from memory. That is where scope gets lost between what the customer asked for and what was written down, and where hours get lost between what was done and what was invoiced.

Condicta Lite keeps one record from the first conversation to the paid invoice, so every document can be traced back to something somebody actually said or actually did.

  • Estimate drafted from the conversation, not from memory
  • Prices pulled from your own price list, not retyped
  • Acceptance recorded with exactly what the customer saw
  • Invoice built from actual hours and materials

The flow

Eight steps. You do three of them.

You have the conversations, you approve, and you do the work. The rest is drafted for you and waits for your sign-off.

1

Scope it

An email thread, a recorded call, or an on-site conversation. Forward it or upload it; the transcript becomes the record.

2

Estimate drafted

A plain-language description of the work, assumptions and exclusions, estimated hours, and options where the customer has a real choice.

3

Priced from your price list

Rates and parts come from wherever your pricing already lives — your billing system, your accounting software, even a spreadsheet — so the estimate never drifts from what you actually charge.

4

Customer accepts online

After you approve it, the customer gets a private, branded page. They pick an option, sign with their name and confirm with a code texted to their phone.

5

You do the work

Nothing to fill in while you are on the job.

6

Close it out

Talk or type through what was actually done — hours, parts, anything unexpected.

7

Summary and invoice drafted

A customer-facing summary of the work and an invoice on the customer’s existing record, built from actual time and materials.

8

Delivered and paid

The summary and a secure pay button go out on the same kind of branded page. Every document stays linked to the first conversation.

What makes it Noevant

Two checks before anything reaches your customer.

Generating a quote and an invoice is the easy part. What matters is what gets checked before either one goes out.

💬

The estimate against the conversation

Every line of scope should trace back to something that was said. Anything the conversation does not support is flagged for you instead of quietly written into the estimate.

⚖️

The invoice against the estimate

Before the invoice goes out, it is compared with what the customer accepted. A large gap is flagged so you can explain it or adjust it — before the customer has to ask.

About the pilot

Built for our own service companies first.

We are proving Condicta Lite on the service businesses in our own group — network and IT work, home technology, and security — before opening it wider. The customer-facing pieces are live there now: the branded page, the texted-code acceptance and the secure pay button. The drafting steps are being brought up one at a time behind them.

The close-out is already proven: on a real customer job, the work summary, the invoice and the page it was delivered on came from under four minutes of dictation. The estimate step is being timed now against its under-five-minute target.

Pilot partners get the same flow, set up for their brand, with us close enough to change it when it does not fit how they work.

Where it fits

The lighter half of a bigger tool.

Condicta Lite is the lighter version of Condicta, the full statement-of-work builder we are developing for larger engagements — multi-phase projects, formal terms and signatures. If your jobs are typically small, time-and-materials work, this is the one to start with.

Good fit: owner-operated installers, integrators, IT and field-service businesses that scope by conversation and bill by the hour.
